The MUSIC of KashiMashi EFD!

A ton of people on the net always ask about who the musicians are that have their music featured in the show.  So, without further adieu, I bring you the super talented artists who have allowed us to use their music in our show!

ALYSSA ATHERTON
Featured Song: SPINNING
Where: Opening Credits

Alyssa was so very kind to the project to allow us to use her song Spinning for the opening credits.  It has became a mainstay of the show and many fans of KMEFD have found it to be synonymous with the show.  Spinning was also featured in episodes of MTV's My Super Sweet 16.

CYNTHIA
Featured Song: THIS QUESTION
Where: Closing Credits

I have been a fan of Cynthia for a lot longer than this project.  Her voice is so beautiful and  carries you off to another place.  I knew when I started this project that I needed to have one of Cynthia's songs in it someplace!

ATTRACED TO MISS
Featured Song: NOW I FINALLY MISS YOU
Where: Closing Credits

This is another band that I have been a fan of for a long time.  Based out of Pennsylvania, these three guys make their music mater with awesome strings and pounding skins.

Their song can also be heard many times in the background of restaurants and stores in the show!

GREG KUNDOLF
Featured Songs: OUT OF SOLITUDE, IN PASSING, & many more!
Where: All different spots in the show

I was familiar with Greg's music in 2005 when I was writing a screneplay.  Unfortunately the script never made it to the screen, but I knew his music would make for a great addition to the show.  There are several of Greg's songs featured in KMEFD.  Most notably the balad "Out of Solitude" which opens the show in episode 1.

Any other music that you hear in the show has either been performed by Redeeming Phoebe (my old band) or by the original artists of the Japanese version of the show.
